If you are a student who forgotten your user name or password, or have any other issues accessing Moodle, please contact support via the student forum including a detailed description of the problem. Be aware that it may not be acted upon until the next working day.
On occasion, a student may be locked out of Moodle by an expired password. If this is the case, you will need to reset your password using the Password Changer. This changer can be accessed via the Student Portal or Moodle. Students cannot change their password in Moodle; recovery is only available from school.
Use the "Create New Account" button and complete the details to create your own account. An email will be sent to the supplied email address to confirm the enrolment - please DO NOT use Hotmail email accounts. You will see the Moodle pages for parents when you login for the second time. Confirmation emails may take upto 1 hour to be delivered to your account. If parents have any issues, such as a forgotten password, they can contact Moodle Support, (@sfx.vic.edu.au) for assistance.
NB: Accounts will be deleted after one year of inactivity.
